Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

At Darkmoon Innovations, we are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join an international project for a client based in Europe. This is a role for someone who combines technical depth with delivery confidence — someone ready to design, build, and evolve CRM solutions that support real business outcomes.

Picture yourself as the person teams rely on when CRM platforms need to do more than simply work — they need to scale, integrate, and support evolving business needs. You will help shape the future of a complex Dynamics 365 environment, working closely with internal teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to deliver enhancements that matter.

At Darkmoon Innovations, you will work across solution support, new implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives, bringing together CRM expertise, cloud integration know-how, and strong communication in a collaborative agile environment.


🛠️ What You’ll Do

  • Support & Maintenance: Maintain and support existing Dynamics 365 solutions in line with agreed SLAs.

  • Development & Design: Design and implement enhancements and new features within the CRM ecosystem.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on end-to-end solution delivery.

  • Architecture & Requirements: Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture designs.

  • Agile Participation: Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure solution quality.

  • Workshops & Demos: Lead or support workshops, training sessions, and product demos.


🎯 What You Bring

  • Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement).

  • Strong background in CRM customisation, including plugins, workflows, forms, and client-side scripting with JavaScript or TypeScript.

  • Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and Angular.

  • Good understanding of Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API integrations.

  • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure DevOps.

  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JSON, XML, and web services.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative delivery environments.

  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with technical and business stakeholders.
