Accessibility statement

Darkmoon Innovations wants its website to be usable by everyone, including people who navigate only with a keyboard, use a screen reader, enlarge text or need more contrast. This statement applies to www.darkmooninnovations.com, in Portuguese, English and Spanish.

Compliance status

The website was designed and built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, and is considered partially compliant: it meets the criteria in our own content, with the exceptions listed below.

How we test

• Automated axe-core tests on the main pages, in every release, which block publishing with serious issues.
• A Lighthouse audit in every release, with a minimum accessibility score of 95 out of 100.
• Manual review: keyboard-only navigation, visible focus, reading order, alternative text and colour contrast.

What we already do

• A "Skip to content" link and full keyboard navigation, with focus always visible.
• Headings in order, labelled regions and forms with labels and error messages next to each field.
• Text and controls with enough contrast on the dark background, and pages that adapt to larger text and to mobile.
• Decorative animations and videos without sound, which respect the system "reduce motion" setting.

Known limitations

• The anti-spam check on forms (Cloudflare Turnstile) and the meeting booking page (Microsoft Bookings) are external services outside our control.
• Commercial proposal PDFs are not tagged for accessibility; the same text is available on the proposal page.
• Some older articles and cases may have images with brief descriptions; we fix them as we review them.
