React Front End Developer

At Darkmoon Innovations, you’ll own the quality of everything users see and touch. You’ll work closely with back-end developers, designers, and product teams to build modern web applications that are as solid under the hood as they are beautiful on the surface.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
Development & Interfaces: Build responsive, accessible, and performant web applications using React, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
Quality & Testing: Own the quality of front-end code — writing unit tests and upholding standards across every release.
Security & Compliance: Ensure security by design, GDPR compliance, and accessibility standards are baked into every delivery.
API Integration: Integrate with APIs and collaborate closely with back-end developers to deliver seamless full-stack experiences.
Infrastructure & Deployment: Build and maintain applications both on-premise and on Azure. Utilise CI/CD, DevSecOps, and agile methodologies to keep delivery fast and quality high.
Prototyping & Design Standards: Create quality prototypes under tight timelines and contribute to functional specifications. Maintain graphic standards and branding consistency throughout the product interface.
User-First Mindset: Champion usability best practices and promote a user-first mindset across the team.

🎯 What You Bring
Strong hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
Solid understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
Experience working with REST APIs, Git, and unit testing frameworks.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevSecOps practices.
A good eye for design — experience with Photoshop and interactive design is a plus.
Critical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage time across multiple priorities.
